Remember that you can add several blocks of text. Then type the characters inside the text box that appears over the image. In Table Properties, under Text Wrapping, select Around. To add text to your image, open the Text panel and click the Add Text button. Then, click OK button, and now, please click Insert > Text Box > Draw Text.
